What makes ours pools environmentally friendly i.e. "Green"?

We use energy efficient Hayward Pumps to save on electricity.

We use Hayward sand filters, which work like mother nature using natural filter media instead of a toxic filter media. (and easy to operate)

We use Electronic ignition Hayward gas heaters which have the best efficiency ratings and have no standing pilot light!

We install automatic safety covers that significantly reduce water evaporation, heat loss and chemical usage.

We put 3 ft of compacted sand around the outside perimeter of our pool walls that acts as insulation and as a thermal mass to help maintain water temperature.

We install a 2" vermiculite floor that creates a barrier between the pool & the ground underneath.

We install 1/4" thick wall foam around the inside walls for added insulation.

We install automated controls to manage pool run times.

We use low voltage L.E.D. lighting & fiber optic lighting which uses less electricity than conventional pool lighting.

We use a natural purification system to reduce the levels of chlorine needed in our pools which makes a more enjoyable swimming experience and helps all the pool equipment last longer.
